Notice: Only Full Papers can participate in the award competition.
Please follow the templates and use English only when submitting papers.
Stage 1 Details
- Papers can be freely modified by log in to the system within this period.
- A confirmation email will be sent to every author upon successful submission.
- During this period, both Abstracts and Full Paper submissions are accepted.
Stage 3 Details
- Before uploading, you must register on the registration system.
- Additionally, we will notify you whether you have been assigned to an oral presentation or a poster presentation on July 22, 2025, which is the date of the Papers Acceptance Notification.
- Upload the PDF file with the corresponding author's digital or scanned signature to the submission system.

Registration Details
- At least one author of each paper(oral or poster presentation) must complete a regular registration during this period.
- *Your credit merchant name will show 'ACLCLP', not 'ASPEN'.
- For reimbursement, please fill in the receipt title and Unified Business Number (UBN) fields in the registration system.
- The receipt of registration fee will be provided on the day you register at the registration desk.
- If you need the receipt before the conference, please forward us the email titled "Registration Sheet.
- If you need an attendance certificate, please note your email address at the registration desk when signing in. The electronic version will be sent to you after the conference.
- We do not provide refunds. If you are unsure about your schedule, you may proceed with online registration first but postpone the payment.
- If you selected the wrong category, please contact us by email to request a change.

Award Competition Details
To encourage participants to actively submit their work, ASPEN 2025 features two special awards: the Best Paper Award (BPA) and the Young Researcher Award (YRA).
- To participate in the award competitions, submission of a Full Paper is required.
- The Young Researcher Award(YRA) requires selecting the competition option during submission.
- After notify acceptance of papers, secretariat will send a verification request to confirm the first author’s eligibility for the award.
- All full papers will automatically be considered for the Best Paper Award(BPA) competition.
- The award results will be announced at the banquet, please consider attending the banquet.
- Certificates will be issued electronically. Printed copies may be provided for some awards if time permits.
Oral Presentation Details
- Your slides must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) format.
- A 16:9 aspect ratio is recommended for best screen compatibility.
- Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes total: 12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A.
- Please bring your slides on a USB drive.
- A presentation computer will be provided by the conference; personal laptops are not recommended.
Poster Presentation Details
- An A0-size poster stand will be provided.(*The diagram attached below)
- Posters will be displayed during a 2-hour session.
- Please bring your printed poster with you to the conference.
- No need to bring glue or pins – all mounting materials will be prepared.
- The Poster Presentation will be held in three voluntary parallel sessions, in a format that is partly presentation and partly exhibition. The committee will visit each session and select the top three presenters to receive awards and small gifts.
- If you cannot stay for the session, you may simply put up your poster at the beginning (12:30 or 15:00) and take it down two hours later.
Young Researcher Reception Details
- Student registrants may indicate participation through the registration system. Regular registrants who wish to exchange their Welcome Reception meal coupon for a Young Researcher Reception coupon may contact us by email.
- A projector is available on site, so we have arranged a short activity where participants are encouraged to give a 1–3 minute self-introduction, including where you are from, your institution, and your research field.
- You may either use slides or simply speak directly on stage.
- All presenters will receive a small gift.
- If you would like to join, simply inform the staff on site before going on stage.
Publication Details
The excellent papers selected from the conference of ASPEN 2025 will be recommended to be published on suitable different SCI journals as follows:
1. Smart Science (ESCI, IF: 2.4; ISSN: 2308-0477)
2. Journal of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers(CSME) (SCIE, IF: 0.2; ISSN 0257-9731)
3. Inventions (ESCI, IF: 2.1; ISSN: 2441-5134)
