<Abstract>

We will introduce optical nano probes with designed structures regarding the applications for imaging and measurement. The design and controllable fabrication process of the probes will be discussed, and an imaging system is built to realize the nanofocusing of surface plasmons induced by the probes. The probes have been applied for inspection of defects and measurement of nanostructures. It has effectively solved the challenge of measuring nanostructures with high aspect ratios.
